It all starts with understanding how our habitual thoughts and emotions limit us, when we could instead be in right relationship with these same thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness practice is a systematic unfolding that leads to wisdom, compassion and unimpeded aliveness. This practice is worth showing up for.
