Directions
From US 17 North
Follow signs to Downtown Charleston/US Hwy. 17 South. Take the Ravenel Bridge across Cooper River Bridges. Stay to the right. Take the first exit after you cross the bridge: Easy Bay Street exit. At the traffic signal at the bottom of the ramp, turn left. Continue south on East Bay Street through next 4 traffic lights. We are on the right-hand side at the corner of Society Street and East Bay.
From US 17 South
Follow signs to Charleston/US Hwy. 17 North. Cross Ashley River (drawbridges). Take first exit, Lockwood Blvd South. Turn left at the first traffic light (Calhoun Street). Turn right at 9th light, Meeting Street. Turn left (east) onto Society Street. The Studio is at the corner of Society and East Bay, on the left-hand side.
From Interstate 26
Follow signs to Charleston (I-26 East). Take Exit 221B (left exit) to Meeting Street. Turn right onto Meeting Street. Turn left (east) onto Society Street. We are at the end of the block.
Parking
There is limited parking in front of The Sophia Institute at 297 East Bay Street, metered parking across East Bay Street, on Society Street, adjacent to the Harris Teeter grocery store (please do not park in the grocery store parking lot) and on Washington Street behind the Harris Teeter grocery store. Garages nearby include the Gaillard Parking Garage on the corner of Calhoun and Alexander and the garage at 69 Wentworth. Parking is available here at 26 Society Street for overnight guests of Phoebe Pember House.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy ~ All monies will be refunded in full (less a $50 processing fee) if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel between 13 days and 1 day in advance, a nonrefundable credit (less a $50 processing fee) will be held for one year from the date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the workshop’s arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
